Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the processing of your order. You can anticipate receiving an email within 4 business days to notify you that your order is on its way! Please note that we operate Monday to Friday and are closed on all major holidays, so kindly allow for closures in your delivery timeframe.

Local Pick Up Location

At this time, we do not offer local pickups. However, for our customers local to Toronto, we aspire to establish local pickup locations in partnership with nearby shops in the future. If you have a local shop you frequent that you would like us to approach as a pickup location, please feel free to email us with your suggestions.

Flat-Rate Shipping

Due to the high price of fuel and shipping costs, Hopeberry Soap aims to assist by introducing flat-rate shipping to alleviate the burden of hefty shipping rates. Orders are typically shipped within 4 business days using Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery, with a standard delivery timeframe of 2 to 7 days. A flat rate shipping fee of $13.99 applies to all orders unless you take advantage of our Community Buying option, in which case shipping is free. Please note that we do not currently offer shipping outside of Canada.

Damaged Items & More

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please refer to our Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges policy for more detailed information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jeremy@hopeberrysoap.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these instances on a case-by-case basis but will make every effort to work towards a satisfactory solution.
